It’s so silly.

It’s really…

… rather silly.

You kinda get the feeling that with almost every other word, the writers are clapping their hands with glee and going ‘look at the toys we’ve been given to play with wheeeeeee!’

It’s very wheeeeeeee!

There’s dashing men doing a lot of… well, dashing.  There’s geeks being geeky.  There’s gadget-glee.  There’s people hitting other people and lots of other people with guns.  There’s alien technology and supervillians and heroes and stuff.  There’s big coats and dapper suits.  There’s a not-quite magic airplane.  And a probably-magic car. There’s hints of ominous things yet to come and private secrets waiting to be revealed and... oh yeah, I think so… plot twists… all waiting to be spun like a bottle.

And makes my Friday evenings so good…
